As a life-long resident of Charlestown, Mike seeks to promote the city and it's people through the meager skills he has as a web page designer and manager. At this time Mike is not in the business of creating web pages for monetary gain. It is one of his hobbies.
Under certain circumstances, Mike may offer his services as a web consultant, designer or "webmaster" to projects that he deems worth while. The projects that Mike decides to assist with must meet certian criteria. Please be advised that Mike may choose not to help you with your project for any number of reasons - primarily, personal time constraints.
